Our Shipping Policy

All shipping costs will calculate automatically at the checkout. Shipping, Handling, and Insurance charges are not refundable. Please make sure you have entered your shipping address correctly and completely. If the order has to be re-sent due to the incorrect street name, suite or apartment number, city name or zip code, we will charge $10 processing fee. There will be an automatic charge of $25.00 to your account for any shipment that is refused. Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hrs of the order if the product is in stock at the time the order is received. Delivery time within the United States for UPS Ground Saver shipments (the default shipping method) is usually 2-5 business days – depending on destination. Please note that these times are approximate and we cannot be held responsible for shipments not delivered in the expected time frame.

The map above is a general representation of transit times for UPS Ground Saver (last leg is via USPS) shipments. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments between commercial an residential destinations. UPS Ground Saver business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). UPS Ground Saver  requires 4 days to Alaska and 4-5 to Hawaii.

Example: A package shipped via UPS Ground Saver on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.

International shipping rates and times depend on the destination — if you have any questions after reviewing the list below, please send an e-mail inquiry to orders@fasfoot.com. Any customs, taxes, brokerage fees or import duties are buyer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We do not take responsibility for goods confiscated by customs officials or other authorities. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and the buyers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information before placing your order.

International orders

International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited or Worldwide Saver. To both Europe and Asia the shipping times are typically 4 – 6 working days. If there’s a slow-down, it’s usually in customs. Per-floor, 2 floors are much cheaper to ship than 1, so tell your friends!  Don’t forget to allow for customs duties/taxes in your country.  We do not collect any of these fees at the time of purchase.
